Gernot Müller helps shape the careers of some of electronic music's biggest names. At Metropole Talent, he manages Pan-Pot and Shimza. He also runs Voltage Circus, a marketing agency for leading House, Techno, and EDM artists.
In 2020 he launched Voltage Circus Academy, which merged with Toolroom Academy in 2023. Before that: Marketing Manager at Armada Music, manager of Magdalena, and co-founder of DanceTrippin TV.
Adriana Dyakova is a music industry professional, artist developer, DJ, and event founder with over 30 years in music. Her background combines classical training, electronic music culture, live performance, and artist development.
She has worked with more than 250 artists across development programs, helping them navigate branding, networking, bookings, and professional growth. She is also the founder of Holyland Events in Cologne.
Jason is the Lead Artist Development and Business Strategist at Toolroom Academy, combining creative mentorship with data-driven commercial strategy spanning artist coaching, A&R, and music business education.
With a long background in production, coaching, and label development, he blends industry insight with strategic thinking to help artists build sustainable, scalable careers.
Cal Lawrence is a DJ, producer and General Manager of Toolroom Academy. Originally a student of the Academy himself, Cal went on to sign records to Toolroom and score a Beatport #1 before joining the label team.
Now teaching at the very place he once studied, he brings a rare full-circle perspective — combining real industry experience, A&R insight and practical studio knowledge.
